Terms & Conditions

In a Participation Room, you take on an active role in the house. You are therefore part of the team. With a simple application process, we ensure similar expectations when it comes to taking on the corresponding responsibilities.

The 50% deposit on time of booking is refundable up to 31 days prior to arrival and the offer is commissionable. A limited number of rooms are available for this promotion. This offer does not apply to groups of 10 people or more. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or existing reservations. Our rates are per room, per night and are based on availability at the time of reservation. All services and taxes are included, except a visitor’s tax of €3,80 per person and night.
