We believe that our beautiful mountains are the ideal place for exercise and fitness beneath a clear blue sky. There are countless winter activities inviting you to take some exercise in the fresh air, and enjoy the breath-taking mountain scenery. We will be very happy give you personal advice or arrange for a private coach or fitness trainer. And since it's also very pleasant indoors, we offer our guests indoor fitness options too.

Fitness Services


We will be delighted to organize a personal training session with or without a coach.

Either choose your exclusive 20-minute self-workout in the privacy of your room with a yoga mat and the appropriate instructions in a folder or exercise book. Or train with Bernd, our personal fitness coach. He will accommodate your wishes, draw up an individual training program, and work out with you for a minimum 50-minute session. Whether you are a beginner or at an advanced fitness stage, everyone benefits.
