Rates

All rates are quoted per room and per night unless stated otherwise. Rates include 10% VAT and service, unless expressly indicated otherwise. The local tourist tax is charged separately where applicable. All offers, arrangements and special rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. No refund can be made for unused services. All rates are subject to change.

 

Local Tourist Tax

The local tourist tax is charged separately per person per night in accordance with the applicable local regulations. The applicable amount is determined by the municipality and may change.

 

Deposits and Reservation Guarantee

A reservation is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received.

  • For flexible rates, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.
  • For prepaid, advance purchase, non-refundable and certain curated offers, a deposit of 100% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking.

We kindly ask that credit card details, including expiry date, be provided within 48 hours where requested in order to guarantee the reservation. Alternatively, deposits may be made by bank transfer.

 

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, the balance for flexible rates is due upon departure. During certain peak travel periods, earlier full payment may be required in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms. Additional services, extras and incidentals are payable upon departure unless otherwise agreed.

Flexible Rates

Our flexible rates require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, the balance is due upon departure.

  • Unless peak season terms apply, reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 31 days prior to arrival.
  • In the event of cancellation or modification between 16 and 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • In the event of cancellation or modification within 15 days prior to arrival, in the case of no-show, or in the event of early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

 

Peak Season Terms

For peak season stays, our flexible rates require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 61 days prior to arrival.

  • Reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 91 days prior to arrival.
  • In the event of cancellation or modification between 61 and 91 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • In the event of cancellation or modification within 60 days prior to arrival, in the case of no-show, or in the event of early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Peak season dates are communicated at the time of booking and may vary from season to season.

 

Summer Season Terms

During the summer season, our flexible rates require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed, the balance is due upon departure.

  • Reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival.
  • In the event of cancellation or modification within 14 days prior to arrival, in the case of no-show, or in the event of early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

 

Non-Refundable Advance Purchase Rates

Our non-refundable advance purchase and selected last-minute rates require full payment at the time of booking. These non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified without charge.

  • In the event of cancellation, modification, no-show or early departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

 

Seasonal curated Offers & Prepaid rates

Selected seasonal offers may be subject to separate deposit and cancellation terms, as stated at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified, winter seasonal offers require a 100% deposit at the time of booking. For these offers, reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 31 days prior to arrival.

  • In the event of cancellation or modification between 16 and 31 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • In the event of cancellation or modification within 15 days prior to arrival, in the case of no-show, or in the event of early departure, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • During the summer season, selected seasonal offers may require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and may be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 15 days prior to arrival, unless stated otherwise.

 

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask guests to vacate their room by 12.00 noon on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and can only be confirmed in advance.

 

Transfers

We are pleased to assist with transfers from the airport or train station. Should you wish, our team will be happy to help arrange your journey to and from Lech.

 

Single Occupancy

Single occupancy is available on request only and subject to availability. Please contact us directly for options and rates.

 

Families and Additional Beds

Kristiania Lech is well suited to couples, solo travellers and families alike, provided the right room category is chosen. Additional beds are available in selected room categories only and by prior arrangement. Extra beds can be accommodated in Single Room Deluxe, Double Room Superior, Junior Suite Superior and all Suite categories. Further room details can be found on our Rooms & Suites pages.

The following charges apply per child or additional guest, per night:

  • 0 to 6 years: EUR 95
  • 7 to 11 years: EUR 125
  • 12 to 14 years: EUR 180
  • From 15 years and adults: EUR 210

All additional beds and children’s arrangements must be confirmed in advance.

 

Staying with Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Kristiania Lech by prior arrangement. A charge of EUR 55 per dog per day applies, excluding food. Dogs are welcome in guest rooms, the reception area, the sun terrace and the Kaminzimmer. Dogs are not permitted in all restaurant areas. Any damage or extraordinary cleaning required may be charged separately.

 

Parking

Kristiania Lech does not offer front-of-house parking. Garage parking may be arranged subject to availability at a charge of EUR 35 per day. We are pleased to assist with parking arrangements in advance.

 

Dinner

We kindly ask our guests to dress elegantly for dinner, in keeping with the atmosphere of the house.

 

External Services

A processing fee of 7% applies to external non-hotel services arranged through Kristiania Lech, including for example transfers, mountain guides, babysitters and similar services. Third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider.

 

Travel Advisers and Agents

Commission for travel advisers and agents is granted on the quoted net room rate, being the gross room rate less VAT, provided that the agreed deposit has been received on time. For flexible rates, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. For advance purchase and similar prepaid rates, full payment is required at the time of booking. Tailor-Made Stays

Should you wish to shape your stay in a more personal way, we will be delighted to assist. From transfers and ski arrangements to quieter pleasures and small details, many things can be arranged in advance.

 

Private Gatherings

Should you be considering a family celebration, a private occasion or a more exclusive stay with friends, we will be pleased to advise on the possibilities. Kristiania Lech lends itself particularly well to gatherings that are personal, discreet and thoughtfully put together.

 

Private Edition and Fully Catered Stays

Kristiania Lech may offer a fully catered private edition concept including meals and selected drinks throughout the day. Such arrangements are available on request only and are subject to separate inclusions, exclusions and written confirmation. Spa treatments, massages, certain premium wines, rarity drinks and external services are generally not included unless expressly stated.

 

Smoking

Kristiania Lech is a non-smoking house. We kindly ask guests not to smoke in any rooms or interior areas of the hotel. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

 

Cancellations, No-Show and Early Departure

The cancellation terms applicable to your reservation are those confirmed at the time of booking. In all cases, no-show and early departure may result in the full amount of the reserved stay being charged. No cash refund can be made for unused services. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

 

Liability

Kristiania Lech shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, weather conditions, travel disruption, strikes, public authority measures or similar events. The hotel’s liability shall otherwise apply in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These booking terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent legally permissible, is Landesgericht Feldkirch.

 

Changes and Final Provisions

The version in force at the time of booking shall apply. We reserve the right to update this page where necessary.
