Booking conditions

All packages and special offers depend on availability. Some booking conditions apply. Prices are quoted per room and day, including breakfast and gourmet dinner. Single occupation on request. All taxes and charges included (except for the spa tax). No refund for unused services. Additional charges may be incurred for certain services.

The Kristiania will be happy to put together a special package tailored to your very special individual  wishes.

Half-board supplement.
40 euros per day/person

Christmas and New Year supplement.
160 euros per week/person

Single occupation. 20% reduction on room price for single occupation (except for single rooms and in the high season).

Extra bed
120 euros per person / night including breakfast

Children.
Children up to the age of 6 share their parents’ bedroom without charge. Children up to 12: 90 euros based on an extra bed per child / night including breakfast.

Booking guarantee
Every booking must be guaranteed by a credit card or instalment payment.

Cancellation conditions
You may cancel your booking without charge up to 30 days before arrival. If we are informed of a cancellation between the 29th and 15th day before arrival we charge 50% of the booked total package price. Cancellations received later or no shows or late arrival or early departure will be charged at 100% of the full package price. We will of course try to let  rent the room to avoid incurring costs for you. However, we reserve the right to charge the full package price if we are unable to resell the room.

Cancellation at Christmas, New Year and half-term.
Cancellation without charge is possible up to 60 days before arrival. Up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the booked total package price will be charged and less than 30 days before arrival the full booked package price will be billed.

Valet Parking
No parking spaces are available in front of the hotel. Reserved garage spaces are charged at 15 euros per day.

Check-in & Check-out.
Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival until noon on the day of departure.

Dogs
30 euros per dog/day (with Pet Service). 100 euros per dog for final cleaning. Well- behaved dogs are welcome in all the rooms and are allowed into the lounge and
Kaminzimmer. Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant.

Travel agent’s commission. 8% on the stated room price
