Ski Butler

Each morning, Ski Butlers greet you in the lobby or boot room with the late-breaking snow and weather conditions and offer tips to get you ready to schuss through champagne powder snow.  Guests of the Kristiania Lech don't have to worry about toting their gear back to their room as each skier is assigned a convenient indoor locker at Strolz. Lockers include boot dryers, shelves and plenty of space for your skis and snowboard.

Boot Butler

The Boot Butler relieves skiers of their boots after a day on the slopes.  He takes care of equipment, stores your skis and boots overnight, and makes sure your boots are warm and dry for another day on the slopes.

Ski Concierge

The Ski Concierge will enable guests to fully customize their entire vacation itinerary - from conception to booking.  This process begins in advance of the guests' arrival by phone, fax or email; and continues when the Ski Concierge meets arriving guests at the hotel.  The Ski Concierge will be able to book an entire ski vacation based upon the individual needs of our guests whether it is simply a two-night stay with lift tickets and a private ski guide or a seven-night stay with ski schools, lift tickets, equipment rentals and transportation for an entire family.  Activity selections will be confirmed and outlined with an itinerary card presented upon arrival at the Front Desk and depending on weather or the guests' impulse, additions and changes can be made throughout the stay.

Ski Nanny

Take the family vacation to new heights!  The Kristiania Lech is raising the bar on the family ski vacation by offering a Ski Nanny.  The Ski Nanny program is designed to introduce three-year olds and up to the fun and excitement of skiing and being outdoors in the winter.  The Ski Nanny is available to all guests whose children are participating in the Lech Kindergarten or Children’s Ski School.  Each day, the Ski Nanny is available to accompany and transport your child to ski school on time, help them with their gear, while allowing parents to still make first tracks on the mountain.  At the end of the day, the Ski Nanny meets the children at ski school and returns them to the Kristiania Lech, where they may stay in the Lounge for complimentary munchies and hot chocolate until their parents retrieve them at 5pm.

In addition, we can arrange for great fun-loving private babysitters, to come into your suite during your skiing holiday and take your children out and about in the snow.  They will take them sledding, ice-skating, build snowmen or make snow angels and go for hot chocolate.  Or if your children are exhausted from being outdoors, the babysitter is available to play indoors with them ensuring a memorable ski holiday.
